While reporting on the Democratic National Convention in Boston, Jon Stewart stays at the Boston University dorms. Correspondent Stephen Colbert, however, throws a party in his hotel room. Jon Stewart discusses Vice Presidential candidate John Edwards' platform of hope and Presidential candidate John Kerry's lifetime of not being George W. Bush. The Democrats unite under a message of courage, except for Reverend Al Sharpton. The Daily Show correspondents expose the convention as another byproduct of partisan politics.
